Building A New Home



With todays technology wiring a new home is no longer as simple as installing lights and outlets. Electricians must have the tools, training, and knowledge to provide a complete range of services. SLC Electrical has the knowledge and experience to keep up with an ever changing industry.

Remodeling



Anytime a homeowner decides to remodel the kitchen, enlarge the bath, or add a new addition, new circuits need to be added to accommodate the electrical requirements of the expansion. To meet current NEC code requirements most new circuits need to be dedicated and arc fault protected. SLC has the experience and expertise to integrate these circuits into your existing electrical system.

Heat Pumps



Heat pumps consist of an outdoor unit connected to one or more indoor units by a line set to heat and cool your home. Some heat pumps are able to provide efficient heating even when outdoor temp are as low as -100 ​F. Heat pumps are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. As a Qualified Partner with Efficiency Maine, SLC Electrical is able to apply for a rebate on your behalf.

Stand-By Generator



Do you experience frequent power outages that last for hours or even days. Without power for extended periods your pipes could freeze, basement could flood, food can spoil and you are left in the dark. A home stand-by generator will keep the power on whether you are home or not. At SLC Electrical we are proficient in installing several well known brands of home stand-by generators
